Methane avslöjar Olle Ekman som ny trummis.

Sent i 2016 meddelade Andreas Ström att han inte skulle kunna fortsätta som Mtehane's trummis på heltid och bandet bestämde sig för att hitta någon att fylla hans trumset. I februari hittade Methane honom, ingen annan än veteranen Olle Ekman.
Ekman är förmodligen mest känd som sångare från Sveriges ”Deals Death”. Tim Scott (bas och sång för Metane) och Ekman har båda spelat i death metal bandet Volturyon, men inte samtidigt. Ekman sjöng på de 2 första albumen 2008-2011 och Tim Scott spelade bas en kort tid i 2014 på ”Human Demolition EP”.
Olle har inte alltid varit en sångare. Han var till en början trummis och har varit sugen att komma tillbaka bakom trumsetet igen.
Methane har nyligen släppt sitt debutalbum ”The Devil's Own” på Sony/Dark Star Records, och nu bokas turnédatum för 2017. Med redan bekräftat datum i Finland i början av juni.

Methane bildas under 2012 av amerikanska bröder som bor i Sverige Tim Scott och Dylan Campbell tillsammans med Jimi Masterbo.
Thrash / groove metal band har turnerat i Europa och USA som stöder det är föregående 2 EPs.

Methane reveals Olle Ekman as new drummer.

Late 2016 Andreas Strom gave notice that he would not be able continue as Methane's full time drummer and the band set out to find some one to fill his drumseat. In February Methane found him, non other than veteran metalhead Olle Ekman.
Ekman is probably most known as lead singer from Sweden's Deals Death. Tim Scott (bass and vocals for Methane) and Ekman have both played in death metal band Volturyon, only not at the same time. Ekman sang on the first 2 albums from 2008-2011 and Tim Scott played bass a short time in 2014 on the Human Demolition EP.
Olle has not always been a singer. He originally was a drummer and has been it hing to get back behind a drumset.
Methane has recently released it's debut album 'The Devil's Own' on Sony/Dark Star Records, and is now booking tourdates for 2017. With already confirmed dates in Finland in the beginning of June.
